Zendesk closed a $10.2 billion all-cash acquisition deal with a group of buyout firms led by Hellman & Friedman LLC and Permira as rumored Thursday after market. Salesforce, Amgen and Honeywell Replace Exxon, Pfizer and Raytheon in The Dow
