A busier week for SPAC’s and IPO’s, there were two deals priced this past week, Cummins spin-off Atmus Filtration (ATMU) which finished up 11%, Canada-listed ATS Corporation (ATS). We also saw one SPAC, Kingstown Capital’s Inflection Point Acquisition II (IPXXU) upsized to raise $220 million to target businesses in disruptive growth sectors.
