US IPO Issuance in November Slowest in Six Years

November IPO issuance followed the same path as the past two months where the IPO market grounded to a halt. There were only four deals, raising a combined $166 million. The largest were $50+ million IPOs, biotech Acrivon Therapeutics (ACRV) and Chinese hotel chain Atour Lifestyle Holdings (ATAT).
