Oifield services provider Quintana Energy Services announced it has launched an initial public offering (IPO) on the NYSE with the symbol $QES for common stock of 9,259,259 shares Monday. The company operates in four segments, directional drilling, pressure pumping, pressure control and wireline services.
QES – Pressure Control
The current expected initial offering price is between $12.00 and $15.00 per share. The shares have been authorized for listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “QES,” subject to official notice of issuance.
Futher to the IPO certain selling stockholders intend to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,388,889 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
