Frosty the SNOWMAN from DAYTON is on his way 😉 8) 8) 8) 8)

40 million people are under flood watch today
Parts of the Ohio River are seeing the highest flooding since the late 90’s

turning to mixed/freezing rain over night in some locations
and ice rinks to follow as a cold snap moves in

Wild, weird weather is coming to the U.S. this week with snow and record cold in the West, record warmth in the East, and a threat of heavy flooding rain in the central part of the USA.

As shared above … an unusual POLAR VORTEX in WEST, where some cities will stay below 0F for next couple of days will eventually move east & bring strong storms & spring rains …. in east we have opposite effect & got some sun yesterday to cure the winter scurvy & vitamin “D” deficiencies (it does make you feel like a new person) … Planted 5 rows of mustard greens in early spring garden – as took extra day of vacation yesterday 🙂

Yesterday I heard FROGS for 1st time … another early sign of SPRING 8)

I often wondered how Canadians get enough vitamin “D”
but then after shoveling snow for an hour I need not inquire

Keeping you fit and healthy A3 🙂

WESTERN POLAR VORTEX — Denver drops 72 degrees in just 40 hours …. from 69F to -3F :woohoo:

Denver Drops 72 Degrees In 40 Hours, Lands In All-Time Top Temp Swings

The “YEAR of the DOG” has arrived

Warmest day of year so far … and planted 6 rows of mustard greens so far for early spring … actually have a good tan already as it was close to 80F for high temp today … 85F was what Avalon registered when leaving from work today … we will PAY for all this beautiful weather as the western POLAR vortex will gradually shift eastward :woohoo:

84F = record high in Roanoke VA for 2nd day in row & for February
UN-BULL-EVIL-ABLE … maybe old Al Gore was on correct path
but blaming the wrong “root cause”

Keep an EYE on the STORMY “Dayton skies”

TORNADO watch boxes in mid-west … eventually these strong storms trek east tomorrow

POWERFUL NOR’ESTER WARNING — Sharp gradients in barometric pressure will create destructive WINDSTORM (esp. inland) over next 2 days (we are under high wind warning thru SAT morning – as this will become an ARCTIC hurricane offshore
