    Hard to gage this one as the run up was so impressive – Fed has been raising rates but tat these low levels is that enough?

    South -12.4%
    West -3.4%

    NorthEast +12.7%
    MidWest +2.4%

    Across America single unit new home starts fell 0.6%
    2-4 units -14.6%
    5+ units -14.8%
