    Strong positive reactions to earnings results from Ross Stores (ROST) and Gap (GPS) have contributed to buying activity along with an ongoing dip in market rates.

    The 10-yr note yield is down three basis points to 4.42% after hitting 4.38% earlier.
    The 2-yr note yield is down one basis point to 4.84% after hitting 4.79% earlier.

    WTI crude oil futures are up this morning after sharp declines recently, trading up 1.6% to $74.05/bbl.
