    The 2-yr Treasury note yield is down seven basis points to 4.42% and the 10-yr note yield is down six basis points to 3.65%.

    Worries are mounting about the Fed sticking to a hawkish line after Cleveland Fed President Loretta Mester (not a voting FOMC member) in interview said there is no “compelling reason to pause,” according to the FT.

    Energy complex futures are moving lower this morning, building on yesterday’s losses. WTI crude oil futures are down 3.4% to $67.12/bbl and natural gas futures are down 1.3% to $2.30/mmbtu.

    The U.S. Dollar Index is up 0.3% to 104.45.
