That increase in inventory is massive, wondering if the condo rises are because of cheaper relatively or location?

I saw on twitter someone try to say the home sales and inventory means nothing what matters is it bounced this month despite it was only a small bounce relative to the fall – sense of denial floating about. Yeah on yeah still up – issue would be how much was bought up at those high values for mortgages

September is a bad month for Canadian data….not just housing
people don’t like to move after sending the kids back to school
so its not a surprise sales would be down and listings can be up

and I know the reason based on talking to my friend there in corporate HQ … we gotta get the JAYs, RAPTORs, and LEAFs back to their winning ways — just sayin 😉 🙂

BlueJays will be in soft rebuild “going younger”
Raptors have no chance to compete with super clubs
MapleLeafs are still a year or two out of being real contenders

RE/MAX: GTA, luxury condo sales grew 85% YoY between January and July in 2017

Luxury market trends seen in Canada’s major markets during the first 7 mnths of 2017 are expected to continue through end of 2017

I would have expected listings to be down in such a scenario though?
