    US April new home sales 662K vs 680K expected, prior 694K (revised to 672K)

    Sales -1.5% vs -2.1% expected
    Prior +4.0% (revised to +2.0%)

    This isn’t strong and also with a lower revision.

    US March FHFA house price index +0.1% m/m vs +0.6% prior & expected

    +1.7% q/q vs +0.7% expected Prior q/q +1.6% (revised to +1.7%)

    Been a steady decline all year – off a high level but still any nerves on rates are not good
