KeymasterDETAILED UPDATE — CHINESE SPACE STATION may fall on Easter Sunday
Estimates say it will enter the atmosphere on Sunday at 11:33am BST (6:33ET)
it is dragging against outer atmosphere losing 2.5 miles per day and will fall at 43.5 miles above earth
Odds of humans being hit is put at TRILLION to ONE (as most will burn up – but it does contain heavy metals & toxic)Agencies around the world who have monitored an out-of-control Chinese space station’s fall to Earth believe it has a higher chance of hitting parts of the US, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Cities at higher risk include Barcelona, Beijing, Chicago, Istanbul, Rome and Toronto

Participantwouldn’t it be easier and more accurate to say they don’t have a clue where it will fall?
I mean the distance between Toronto and Sydney?
doesn’t give me much confidence they are tracking it allKenny Loggins theme song for China Space Junk

KeymasterAs expected most of the school-bus sized space ship burned up in atmosphere
Very rare lottery like odds that some hit remote islands or even made it to shore of Brazil

KeymasterSURPRISE ASTEROID FLYBY: With little warning, a relatively large asteroid flew through the Earth-Moon system on April 15th only 192,200 km (0.5 LD) from our planet. 2018 GE3 was discovered by the Catalina Sky Survey approaching Earth on April 14th. Hours later, amateur astronomer Michael Jäger of Weißenkirchen Austria video-recorded the space rock rushing through the southern constellation Serpens:

Participantit is truly amazing how little money is spent on looking out and reaching space
every government should spend at least 10% of budgets on space exploration17 Apr '18 at 2:40 pm #16210CautiousInvestor
KeymasterAPR 17 — VENUS-MOON CONJUNCTION, TONIGHT: When the sun goes down tonight, step outside and look west. Weather permitting, you’ll see an exquisitely slender crescent Moon shining right beside Venus. If possible, try to catch the pair before the sky fades to black. Bright conjunctions framed by twilight have a special beauty that you’ve got to see to believe.

KeymasterI did get to view yesterday evening & it was beautiful … VENUS moves from morning “star” to evening one as days get longer in spring — so it will continue to be a beautiful sight for weeks to come … mainly wanted to share next 2 evenings of 18th & 19th will also offer close moon/Venus & UFO encounters 😉 … the 18th & 19th just won’t be quite as close as the 17th (as they were side-by-side)
