    I would imagine most of the property gain is on paper and well leveraged – these numbers would shift should we get the much expected (for last 8 years :)) property bubble burst down under

    Yes the bubble it seems all from overseas wish for – they have been quite wrong – no doubt at some point there is a correction but when? On paper valuations – you know the answer there … ask every CB how they have pumped asset values up so high without inflation ….
