    Agree tough space – they were smart to raise new capital and restructure debt last few years and scrap and offload older rigs.

    Transocean Ltd. $RIG was raised to Neutral from Sell with a $9.75 price target at Goldman Sachs.

    Transocean has a 52-week range of $7.67 to $16.66.

    Transocean $RIG received a notice of early termination from a subsidiary of $CVX for the ultra-deepwater drillship, Discover Clear Leader, effective Nov. 2017.

    $RIG will get approx. $148MM. in contract termination fees, which is expected to be received in 4Q17.
