3 Purdue 21-2
    4 Duke 18-3

    8 Cincinnati 19-2
    9 Arizona 18-4
    10 Texas Tech 17-4

Duke was upset today by ST JOHN’s … BIG EAST is tough
    UVA v. Syracuse @ 4pm (WFIR = radio stream)…
CAVs traditionally have not done well at Carrier dome – so this will be a good test :)

I got the UVA vs Syracuse game on TV
Syracuse had 0 bench points in the first half, mind-ya the starters only have 21 at half

really the only things Syracuse had going for them is the ability to steal (#1 in the nation) but going against a team that doesn’t turn it over.

smooth sailing in New York at the Carrier Dome, aka as “The Loud House”

Go Team — make it happen on upset Sunday 😉

Wildcats to much in the 2nd half and pulled away from the Pirates

the other day I looked at Villanova’s remaining schedule and its soft
some have Virginia ranked #1 due to toughness of schedule
if both teams run out the rest of the games, Virginia should be #1

Virginia held Florida State without a field goal for the final 9 minutes of the game

UVA v. VA TECH @ 6:15 pm ET today …. I love both schools 8) … but do hope CAVs win, as they might make to #1 rank in polls for 1st time in several years

No. 2 Virginia falls 61-60 to Virginia Tech in overtime

UVA is #1 in AP & BIG DANCE “RPI” polls now … Still it is too early to start counting chickers … while Michigan State is on the move at #2 (and #1 in USA Today polls – while UVA ranks #3) … The Spartans and Bearcats are indeed on the move

Virginia ranked No. 1 in AP Top 25 for first time since 1982

UVA plays a very solid Miami team around 8 or 9 (and tonight will one of 1st, I have not listened on radio) … but our family is glued to Olympics — a time of unity & peace & fun competition among ALL nations (it doesn’t get better than that) … I still may turn radio on/off to get updates and will certainly check online 😉

UVA is in Miami tonight at 9 pm ET (ESPN)
