    $MS sales & trading net revenue fell 16% to $2.7Bil in 4Q17, fixed-income sales and trading revenue slipped 45%.
    Decrease was primarily driven by lower results in rates and foreign exchange. th $GS reported a 50% drop in bond trading during 4Q17
