    API reported a draw of 761K barrels of crude oil for the week ending Sept. 22 vs. last week’s build of 1.44M barrels.

    Gasoline showed a build of 1.47M barrels
    Distillates showed a draw of 4.52M barrels.

    S&P Global Ratings knocked down Hartford’s rating by four notches to CC.
    Moody’s Investors Service lowered its rating for Connecticut’s capital city by two notches to Caa3.

    Hartford officials said Thursday, September 7th it would likely file for bankruptcy in 60 days unless Connecticut provides help for the capital city in the midst of a fiscal emergency.
