Looks like everything is on red – disconnect from hard assets – the hurricane affect will be discounted no doubt but will be real esp with insurance delays etc
Yes equity markets in overdrive everything is ignored that has semblance of risk – those not affected by hurricanes are wrapped up in their self importance to even venture down the road of “this cou;ld be bad”

Well put a blinkered view where fear of missing out is the main driver. Real estate does not carry the instant gratification brings like momentum stocks.
