[b]Turned in about 6:15 and enjoyed the “Old Kentucky Home” rendition by Louisville choir . the muddy track after 3″ of rain was scary as was afraid a crash or fall might happen, but all riders did great job.
The owner noted “Justify” is up there with American Pharaoh — one of his other horses in potential
2 weeks from now will be Preakness and 3 weeks later Belmont [/b]

and picking JUSTIFY … with hopes he can become next triple crown winner
I remember watching Secretariat win live … as it was day after high school graduation
and have watched each of 3 races every year (rarely missing) …
my better half is horse lover with art in every room & we owned one for a while 8)[/b]JUSTIFY = Winner, winner chicken dinner of PREAKNESS … but very close with 4 horses at the end … not sure he’ll win the longer BELMONT — but here’s hoping 🙂

LIke Secretariat & American Pharoah — Justify will now retire to a lifetime of luxury & to graze in beautiful pastures … no more racing or work — except to “father” tons of horses down the road — as future offspring each are worth probably a MILLION $$$ each in right lineages … He is probably now most valuable horse on planet 🙂
