KeymasterFlorida & Texas are also major AGRICULTURE states — as well as oil/vacation-land…. the recent storms have bound to impacted orange crop, fall/winter plantings, BEEF, etc …. while human side is most important — these are indeed additional concerns

Yes but looking at these crop reports the USDA has not taken potential hurricane damage into account – am I missing something?
