^^^^ +3 and +1 … I grew up on one of those … even with deer infestations, I still love natural beauty of mountains & wildlife in our area … with that said I have also seen some large farms turned into subdivisions to accommodate a growing population (or to divide up land for childrenn later) … Working farms are being more of a rare commodity these days
