Personal income rose 0.3% in June (consensus 0.5%) following a revised 0.5% increase in May (from 0.4%). Personal spending rose 0.5% in June (consensus 0.3%) following a revised 0.2% increase in May (from 0.1%).

The PCE Price Index rose 0.2% in June (consensus 0.2%) following a 0.1% increase in May. The core-PCE Price Index, which excludes food and energy, rose 0.2% in June (consensus 0.2%) following a 0.3% increase in May.

The Employment Cost Index rose 1.0% in Q2 (consensus 1.1%) following a 1.2% increase in the prior reading.
