Weather models contue to flip. The focus will continue on Sabine Pass and Mexico and perhaps LNG exports given Trade Wars are the overhang du jour.

Keep in mind after the wild price action that natural gas the Marcellus break-even is $2.50 and $3.50 is the Haynesville break-even. Both those levels were also impulse exhaustions.

“ Temperatures in the East and Midwest region cooled down a few degrees week-overweek, with some offsetting warming in the Mountain region. The higher heating load in the East and Midwest drove 3 Bcf of additional residential and commercial demand for the total US, which was offset by 7 Bcf of declines in modeled estimates for gas-fired generation. From the supply side of the equation, US onshore production saw marginal declines for the second week in a row, with drops from production receipts in Texas overpowering 1 Bcf worth of gains in the Northeast and Rockies cell regions. .”- Platts (Bentek)
